Franklin caught neither of his targets in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals on Sunday. Franklin played 28 offensive snaps in Sunday's contest. Despite being on the field for 46 percent of the Broncos' offensive plays, the No. 3 option was targeted only twice and failed to catch either pass
From the Seattle Seahawks 18 yard line, Bo Nix would roll out and find no one open. He would squeeze the ball in to Troy Franklin for just a two yard gain. On second and eight, the Denver Broncos would try another screen pass and it was almost blown up but Nix got the ball […]
Troy Franklin caught both of his targets for 16 yards in the Denver Broncos' 23-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. This marks his first multi-catch game of the season, but he remains an afterthought in a struggling Denver passing attack
Broncos WR Troy Franklin is unlikely to see more targets this week as the team’s receiving corps remains stacked, keeping him on the bench for most leagues
Adds: Troy Franklin. Drops: Carolina Panthers
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin has barely been involved this season, but Pat Bryant's ankle injury at least cracks the door open for him again. Franklin has drawn only four targets through four games, catching two for 48 yards, after finishing 2025 with 65 receptions for 709 yards and six touchdowns. Bryant is expected to miss a few weeks, so Denver will have snaps to redistribute behind Jaylen Waddle and Courtland Sutton. Marvin Mims Jr. is still in that mix too, which is why Franklin's opportunity is more interesting than trustworthy right now. He was not targeted at all against San Francisco in Week 4 and has yet to see more than two targets in a game this season. RotoBaller has him at WR63 for Week 5 against the Chargers, and he does not appear among its current top 85 mid-week waiver options. In deeper leagues, Franklin is a speculative stash to watch rather than someone worth chasing with meaningful waiver priority
Troy Franklin caught one pass for 21 yards in Sunday's 30-26 win over the Los Angeles Rams. Franklin wasn't able to contribute much on Sunday night, finishing with just one catch in a big win over the Rams. Fantasy managers shouldn't have much in terms of expectations for him moving forward
Troy Franklin’s role has shrunk after the Broncos added Jaylen Waddle, Courtland Sutton, and Pat Bryant, leaving him buried on the depth chart
Franklin caught one of two targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 20-13 win over the Jaguars. With Marvin Mims (foot) inactive, Franklin played 13 of 62 offensive snaps as the clear No. 4 receiver behind Courtland Sutton, Pat Bryant and Jaylen Waddle. Franklin's 27-yard grab was his lone catch of the season through two weeks. He'll need an injury to obtain any fantasy relevance in redraft formats
Troy Franklin's fantasy stock is losing value due to a significant decrease in playing time and opportunities

Franklin failed to reel in his only target while adding a five-yard rush in Monday night's 31-10 loss to Kansas City. Franklin was only on the field for 17 of the team's 51 offensive snaps, which was fewer than Pat Bryant (30) along with starters Courtland Sutton and Jaylen Waddle at wide receiver. The 23-year-old emerged as a go-to option for quarterback Bo Nix in 2025, catching 65 of 104 targets for 709 yards and six scores, but with the addition of Waddle in the offseason, Franklin appears to be locked into a depth role this season
Troy Franklin failed to catch his lone target and had one rush for five yards in Monday night's 31-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. It was no surprise that Franklin was uninvolved for the Broncos on Monday night, as their offense struggled heavily to get even their best players the ball against the Chiefs. He seems to be squarely behind at least three other wideouts on the depth chart at this point, however, which makes him irrelevant from a fantasy perspective until further notice
The Broncos released wide receiver Lil’Jordan Humphrey on Monday, the team announced. Multiple reports say it’s a procedural move, and Humphrey will re-sign with the team this week. He would have been inactive for Monday night’s game against the Chiefs. The Broncos’ wide receivers for tonight are Jaylen Waddle, Courtland Sutton, Pat Bryant, Marvin Mims and Troy Franklin. The team also announced the elevations of long snapper Mitchell Fraboni and fullback Adam Prentice from the practice squad to the game-day roster. Fraboni, who is entering his fifth season with the Broncos, has appeared in 55 regular-season games and three postseason contests throughout his time in Denver. Prentice, a sixth-year player, appeared in all 17 regular-season games during his first season with the Broncos in 2025. He made three starts. Prentice — who played 19 percent of the Broncos’ offensive snaps and 45 percent of the team’s special teams snaps during the regular season — also appeared in both postseason games for Denver
Denver Broncos wide receiver Pat Bryant is worth rostering in deeper fantasy football leagues, but he belongs on the bench for Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs. First and foremost, we don't know what role Bryant will occupy this year. He'll certainly be behind Jaylen Waddle and Courtland Sutton, and he'll likely compete with Troy Franklin for volume behind them. That leaves Bryant in line for the No. 3 or 4 role, but regardless of which spot he occupies, it's tough to say what his volume will look like after the Broncos added Waddle to the offense. Maybe this offense can support three fantasy-relevant receivers, but until we see it happen, Bryant belongs on the bench. Additionally, this isn't the greatest matchup to start a Broncos receiver not named Waddle or Sutton. The Chiefs' defense has come to play in recent years, and they'll be at their best for this Week 1 divisional showdown. This cornerback unit, led by former Pro Bowler L'Jarius Sneed, allowed the fifth-fewest touchdowns and the fifth-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers in 2025. RotoBaller's experts have ranked Bryant as the overall WR74 in PPR leagues for Week 1 against the Chiefs. Even in leagues where he's rostered, he belongs on the bench
Pat Bryant, a second-year wide receiver for the Denver Broncos, may have a bigger role in the team's passing attack this season
Troy Franklin's role in the Broncos' wide receiver room is in question due to the arrival of Jaylen Waddle and the emergence of Pat Bryant
