Xavier Restrepo Leads Titans in Catches in First Joint Practice
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Xavier Restrepo led the team on Tuesday in their first joint practice with the San Francisco 49ers, with TennesseeTitans.com's Jim Wyatt having him down for a team-high five catches, including two that went for touchdowns. Second-year wideout Chimere Dike had the second-most grabs with four. Restrepo went undrafted last year out of the University of Miami before latching on with the Titans and catching three of his seven targets for 41 scoreless yards in two games played in Weeks 12 and 13. The 24-year-old is mostly intriguing because of his chemistry with quarterback Cam Ward, whom he played with at Miami. Despite Restrepo's chemistry with Ward and his strong day in practice on Tuesday, he's likely a long shot to make the 53-man roster out of training camp and the preseason after the Titans added Wan'Dale Robinson in free agency and rookie Carnell Tate with the fourth overall pick back in April

Calvin Ridley: I still have the speed and ability to succeed
Calvin Ridley took a pay cut to remain with the Titans this offseason, but it wasn’t because he thinks he’s lost the ability that made him an offensive threat in past seasons. Ridley only played seven games before he fractured his fibula last season and he had 17 catches in those games, which had him on track for his least productive full season since entering the NFL. Ridley said over the weekend that neither those results nor the injury have left him questioning if he can keep pace. “Hell yeah,” Ridley said, via the team’s website. "[I] can still beat all of them , still as fast as all of them. . . . If I stay healthy, I am going to be a good player on this team. I am going to contribute on this team.” Ridley is the most experienced member of the Titans’ receiving corps and he explained why he’s been able to act as a mentor to younger teammates like Carnell Tate, Chimere Dike, and Elic Ayomanor. “That’s because I used to kick ass,” Ridley said. “And I still can.” The Titans would love to see Ridley get back to his old ways as they try to make a jump up the standings in quarterback Cam Ward’s second season

Who will lead the Titans in receiving yards in 2026?
The Tennessee Titans totally revamped their wide receiver corps for franchise quarterback Cam Ward this offseason. Mike Borgonzi signed Wan’Dale Robinson to a four-year contract worth $70 million in free agency. The Titans then doubled down at the position by selecting Carnell Tate at No. 4 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft . The Titans have more depth at the position than ever before. They decided to retain former 1,000 yard receiver Calvin Ridley as opposed to making him a salary cap casualty, which is the move everyone expected them to make. Sophomores Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike help round out a stellar room. Tate and Robinson are the overwhelming favorites to be the Titans’ top two receivers. Robinson has essentially spent his entire NFL career playing for new Titans offensive coordinator Brian Daboll. That’s the biggest reason why Borgonzi signed him in free agency. Robinson registered 90+ receptions in consecutive seasons with the New York Giants in 2024 and 2025. Even though Daboll was fired midway through 2025, it was still his offense. Robinson also surpassed 1,000 receiving yards for the first time in his career this past season. Robinson projects as a high-volume weapon in Daboll’s offense. He’ll be a quarterback-friendly target for Ward. That makes Robinson a strong candidate to lead the Titans in receptions, but Tate’s big-play ability could make him the offense’s receiving yards leader. Robinson has a career average of just 9.2 yards per catch, highlighting his strengths underneath the coverage. College is different from the pros, but Tate averaged 15.5 yards per reception at Ohio State, including a career-high 17.2 this past season. Tate does damage in the intermediate and deep areas. The Titans are also highly invested in Tate as the fourth overall pick. Daboll has a history of acquiring premium receivers and making them the focal point of the offense . What is the ideal definition of a value pick in the NFL draft? There are all kinds, but let’s go with the prospects who are selected in the third day of the draft, and turn into impact starters in their rookie seasons. Every year has a few such examples, and in the 2025 season, there were 11 players who started at least 10 games (including the postseason) in their inaugural NFL seasons after they were selected in the fourth through the seventh rounds. Here are six prospects on the defensive side of the ball with the right combination of talent, potential, scheme fit, and opportunity. Opportunity is a big deal for any Day 3 pick trying to bash through the barriers and find a starting role, and that could work well for Southeastern Louisiana’s Kaleb Proctor, who the Cardinals selected with the 104th overall pick in the fourth round. Right now, the Cardinals’ defense under Nick Rallis has 2025 first-round pick Walter Nolen and 2024 first-round pick Darius Robinson on the interior defensive line, along with veterans Roy Lopez and Andrew Billings . Nobody in that group has really set themselves up as a force multiplier just yet, though Nolen showed some things in his rookie year when he was healthy. Now, here comes the 6’2”, 291-pound Proctor, who in his fourth season with the Lions had nine sacks, 39 total pressures, 18 solo tackles, 22 stops, and two tackles for loss. If you’re worried about strength of competition as it transfers to the NFL, the Cardinals aren’t, and you shouldn’t be either. Just watch the LSU tape, when Proctor racked up two sacks and five stops, and looked like a destruction machine throughout. “The good thing is he played against LSU this year,” Cardinals assistant general manager Dave Sears said of all that after Proctor was picked. “Obviously, that’s the tape that everybody is going to go to, but he did play against other schools in the past. FBS schools and stuff like that. Then you have him in an All-Star game, so you get to watch him for multiple practices against bigger schools. It’s a case where the kid succeeded in each one of those opportunities, and he’s also been able to stack weight. I think at his Pro Day, he was up into the 290s, so he still tested very well. You’re seeing some growth potential as well as being able to compete when you put him on the same level as some of those bigger school guys.” Maybe Proctor gets a lot of preseason reps, and based on that, he could find himself as an integral part of the interior rotation sooner than later. Because in today’s NFL, with its increasing use of two-deep safety shells and lighter boxes, you need credible rotations of interior wreckers who can do their thing. The Chiefs made it very clear which side of the ball they wanted to improve in the 2026 draft, as defensive players went with their first four picks — LSU cornerback Mansoor Delane with the sixth overall pick after a trade-up deal with the Cleveland Browns , Clemson interior defensive lineman Peter Woods with the 29th overall pick they got from the Los Angeles Rams in the Trent McDuffie trade, Oklahoma edge-rusher R Mason Thomas with the 40th overall pick in the second round, and Oregon defensive back Jadon Canady with the 109th overall pick in the fourth round. Offseason Additions Hurt Elic Ayomanor's Dynasty Outlook
In another lost season for the Tennessee Titans in 2025, fourth-round rookie wide receiver Elic Ayomanor saw plenty of opportunities and finished as the team's second-leading receiver with 41 catches on his 89 targets for 515 yards and four touchdowns across 16 games (14 starts). The 22-year-old out of Stanford wasn't very efficient, though, with a catch rate of 46.1% and plenty of drops in an inconsistent offense led by rookie quarterback Cameron Ward. While Ayomanor's first year in the league has to be considered a success after he was drafted in the fourth round, he's unlikely to get as many chances to produce going forward as he did last season, considering Tennessee's offseason additions at the wideout position. The Titans added target hog Wan'Dale Robinson in free agency and drafted former Ohio State star pass-catcher Carnell Tate with the fourth overall pick. Veteran Calvin Ridley (leg) is still on the roster, and second-year tight end Gunnar Helm is also expected to have an expanded role in the passing game. Oh, and there's also fellow second-year receiver Chimere Dike to compete with. It's going to be difficult for Ayomanor to rise above his rookie production going forward in Tennessee. Brian Daboll Says it's "Good to Have" Calvin Ridley on Roster
When asked about Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley's (leg) place in the offense after the additions of Wan'Dale Robinson and rookie Carnell Tate, new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll said, "It's good to have him here," according to Nick Suss of The Tennessean. "We've changed some stuff as we've gone, but he's smart. He's a good player. He's a good teammate. I've got a lot of appreciation and love for Rid," Daboll added. Ridley played in only seven games in 2025 due to a fractured fibula, but before his injury, he struggled with drops and finished with 17 catches for 303 yards and zero touchdowns. The 31-year-old veteran just never seemed to be on the same page with rookie quarterback Cameron Ward before his season-ending injury. Ridley has a history with Daboll, but the additions of Robinson and Tate are bad news for Ridley's fantasy value in both redraft and dynasty formats. Second-year wideouts Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike will also be looking for bigger roles in Tennessee's passing attack

Chimere Dike Trending Down Despite Solid Rookie Season?
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Chimere Dike's dynasty value may be reduced after the team brought in elite competition via the NFL Draft. The Titans selected Carnell Tate fourth overall, in a move that completely reset the wide receiver pecking order in Tennessee. Tate will be the immediate No. 1 receiver, while offseason signing Wan'Dale Robinson slots into the No. 2 role. That leaves Dike, Elic Ayomanor, and Calvin Ridley all competing for the third spot on the depth chart. Even if Dike wins that job, he won't have a whole lot of fantasy appeal in a Cameron Ward-led offense that could continue to experience growing pains. At the same time, there's also a chance he falls to fifth on the depth chart. Sure, Dike was the WR50 last year with 48 catches, 423 yards, and four touchdowns, but he had fewer yards than Ayomanor and he has a far less established track record than Ridley. The dynasty outlook is bleak for Dike as long as he remains in Tennessee
