Justice Hill not a priority Week 1 add, but valuable in PPR leagues
Justice Hill's path to being Derrick Henry's primary handcuff has cleared with rookie Adam Randall placed on injured reserve. Hill is now the clear No. 2 back, although Rasheen Ali remains another option

After starting his career at Clemson as a wide receiver, Baltimore Ravens rookie Adam Randall transitioned to running back in his final collegiate season. Randall was highly productive across 13 games for the Tigers in 2025, recording 1,068 scrimmage yards and 13 touchdowns on 204 touches. The 22-year-old may not have a path to fantasy-relevant playing time in 2026, as he enters the year behind Derrick Henry, Justice Hill, and Rasheen Ali on the Ravens' running back depth chart. However, Henry is 32 years old, Hill will be a free agent after 2026, and Ali has yet to establish himself as a significant piece of the Baltimore offense. At worst, Randall appears to have a clear path to replacing Hill as the third-down complement to Henry in Baltimore in 2027. Particularly for dynasty managers in the midst of a rebuild, Randall profiles as a player to target for his long-term upside
Mark Andrews could outperform his current redraft ADP due to his clear path as the Ravens' TE1 and potential for increased passing game opportunities
Justice Hill's handcuff value is questioned due to his complementary role and lack of carries
Baltimore Ravens new head coach Jesse Minter said that All-Pro running back Derrick Henry will need to adjust to terminology changes this year under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. The Ravens made some big changes in the offseason, firing long-time head coach John Harbaugh and adding Minter, who will be in his first year as a head coach in the NFL in 2026. Previous offensive coordinator Todd Monken left to become the Cleveland Browns' head coach. Henry and the other Ravens' offensive playmakers have expressed excitement about Doyle's new scheme as they look to bounce back from a frustrating 2025 season that ended without a playoff appearance. The 32-year-old Henry has a lot of tread on his tires after 10 years in the NFL, but he managed his seventh 1,000-yard season (fourth straight) in 2025 and will once again be Baltimore's featured back in his 11th campaign. He's RotoBaller's No. 8 fantasy RB for 2026 and should come off the board in the second round of drafts
Through two NFL seasons, Ali hasn't gotten much of a chance to show what he can do on offense. With Derrick Henry dominating the Ravens backfield, Ali has seen only 17 carries and nine catches in 21 regular-season games, with his one career touchdown coming on a 30-yard catch-and-run against the Bengals in Week 15 of last season. The Marshall product did contribute on special teams in 2025, but his 25.4 yards per kickoff return was actually slightly below the league average of 25.9 yards. Keaton Mitchell, his biggest competition for that role, left for the Chargers in free agency this offseason, but the Ravens may still be looking for an upgrade. Ali heads into 2026 third on the depth chart behind Henry and Justice Hill, but he could face a stiff challenge for snaps from fifth-round pick Adam Randall, a converted wideout who could be a better fit for what's expected to be a deceptive, motion-heavy scheme under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle
