Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir draws interest as a reliable PPR option in deeper formats ahead of a meeting with the visiting Baltimore Ravens this weekend. Shakir has been a decent play over his last three outings, though he notched more than four catches just once in that span. Numbers aside, the 26-year-old's target volume has been fine for fantasy, and he's typically in the mix for most of Buffalo's snaps as the team does well to move him around the formation. Teammate DJ Moore's (shoulder) potential return dampens Shakir's upside, but the latter could still have a nice role - particularly in a game with a projected 54.5-point over/under. Shakir may not be the high-volume asset he was in recent seasons, but a favorable matchup and uncertainty around Moore's game status keep him on the fantasy radar for at least one more go. The Raiders hung with the Bills. The game was tied 13-13 at halftime and 23-23 in the fourth quarter. It never felt like the Bills were in danger of losing, though the Raiders never went away. Josh Allen led Buffalo to a 33-30 win in Las Vegas as the Bills moved to 5-1. The Raiders fell to 3-3. The Bills gained 345 yards, with 169 coming in the second half when they scored 20 points. Allen was 23-of-33 for 255 yards and two touchdowns, including a Houdini-esque 12-yard touchdown pass to Keon Coleman on third-and-8 in the fourth quarter. James Cook’s 3-yard touchdown run with 4:43 left was the go-ahead score, with Tyler Bass adding a 38-yard field goal with 1:56 remaining. Bass also made kicks from 44, 28 and 47. Coleman caught four passes for 59 yards and a touchdown, and Cook had 22 carries for 95 yards and a touchdown. The Raiders made it interesting on Kirk Cousins’ 44-yard touchdown throw to Tre Tucker with 1:32 left. The Raiders, though, didn’t have a prayer of recovering the onside kick, something they haven’t done since 2017 against the Chiefs. Matt Gay kicked a drop kick too far, and Khalil Shakir caught it in the air. Cousins finished 23-of-41 for 313 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Tucker had five catches for 97 yards and two touchdowns, and Michael Mayer added seven receptions for 95 yards

Allen is 12-of-16 for 144 yards and a touchdown. The Raiders have sacked him twice. James Cook has eight carries for 36 yards. Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins is 12-of-17 for 126 yards. The Bills and Rams were a popular preseason pick to meet in the Super Bowl. If Monday night was a preview, Super Bowl LXI will be a good one. The heavyweights went back-and-forth on Monday night, with eight lead changes and 35 combined fourth-quarter points. The game, appropriately, was decided in overtime. Bills kicker Tyler Bass made a 45-yard field goal with 1:55 remaining in overtime for a 37-34 victory. The Bills are 4-1 and the Rams 2-3. The first half was all defense as the teams combined for 270 total yards, one play over 20 yards, 20 points, one punt, one turnover and one missed field goal. The second half was all Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford as the quarterbacks took over. The teams ended up combining for 71 points and 890 yards. Both teams had chances to win it late in regulation and again in overtime. James Cook’s 5-yard touchdown run with 1:39 remaining in the fourth quarter gave the Bills a brief 34-27 lead, with Buffalo burning 5:35 of the final 7:14. It left plenty of time for Stafford, who led the Rams on an eight-play, 63-yard drive in only 1:34. Rams running back Kyren Williams’ 1-yard touchdown run with 5 seconds left tied it 34-34 and sent it to overtime. The Rams won the toss in overtime and chose to kickoff. On their first drive, the Bills faced a second-and-16 after a holding penalty. Khalil Shakir then had a 57-yard catch-and-run to the Los Angeles 22 before Rams safety Kamren Kinchens made the touchdown-saving tackle. On the next play, Cook fumbled for the second time. His teammates saved him on the first one but not on the second. Rams linebacker Nate Landman punched the ball out and defensive lineman Aaron Donald recovered at the 20. Officials missed Landman removing his helmet in the field of play, which should have been a 15-yard penalty. The Rams then drove 50 yards in eight plays to the Buffalo 30 before kicker Harrison Mevis missed for a second time. Greg Rousseau blocked Mevis’ 48-yard attempt. Allen directed the game-winning drive, with the Bills going 35 yards in five plays. Allen had runs of 19 and 13 on the game-winning drive, and he finished his night with 10 carries for 121 yards and a touchdown. He was 12-of-19 for 210 yards passing with a touchdown and an interception. Cook ran for 111 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries. The Rams outgained the Bills 454 to 436, with Puka Nacua setting a career-high and a Monday Night Football record with 17 catches for 138 yards and a touchdown. Nacua had 24 targets. Stafford was 40-of-54 for 383 yards and three touchdowns. Blake Corum and Kyren Williams each had a rushing touchdown, and Davante Adams caught two touchdown passes

Buffalo Bills rookie wide receiver Skyler Bell is expected to make his regular-season debut Monday night against the Los Angeles Rams. Head coach Joe Brady confirmed that the fourth-round pick will be active and have a role in the game, according to Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network. Bell has been a healthy scratch through Buffalo's first four games, but injuries have created an opening in the receiving corps. Joshua Palmer (shoulder) has been ruled out, while DJ Moore (shoulder) is questionable. Bell showed some promise in the preseason finale against Pittsburgh, catching seven passes for 49 yards and adding a 28-yard rushing touchdown. That performance gives Buffalo reason to get him involved, although Brady hasn't indicated how much offensive work the rookie will receive. Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman and tight end Dalton Kincaid remain more established targets for Josh Allen. Bell is worth monitoring in deeper fantasy leagues, but his uncertain workload makes him difficult to trust in starting lineups for Week 5
