Kenny Gainwell Will Play Against the Falcons in Week 8
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Kenny Gainwell (hip) is "good to go" for Sunday's Week 8 contest against the Atlanta Falcons, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com. Gainwell will suit up for this week's divisional battle despite being listed as questionable. The 27-year-old salvaged his fantasy performance last week with some garbage-time touches, but we don't expect that pattern to continue this week. A projected spread of TB -2.5 indicates that we're in for a close game, which will result in more competitive touches for Bucky Irving and fewer garbage-time opportunities for Gainwell and Sean Tucker. Nevertheless, it's still good news that he'll be active, as he provides additional insurance in a deep backfield behind Irving. He should continue to be stashed as a solid handcuff option in a rushing attack that appears to be trending up

Bucs add LB Josiah Trotter to injury report, list him as questionable
The Buccaneers made a late addition to their injury report for Sunday’s game against the Steelers. Linebacker Josiah Trotter is considered questionable to play after being limited in practice by a knee injury. Trotter also missed Week 3 with a knee injury. Trotter was a second-round pick this year and has started three of the four games he’s played. He has 40 tackles, a sack and an interception return for a touchdown. Packers hold on for 17-14 win over Bucs
It wasn’t pretty, but a win is a win is a win, and the Packers will take it. Green Bay held off Tampa Bay and undrafted rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels 17-14. The Packers are 2-2, and the Bucs 0-4. The Bucs were playing without starting quarterback Baker Mayfield, who will miss at least three games with a fractured right thumb. Daniels at least kept it interesting, though his two interceptions led to 10 Packers points. He completed 19 of 27 passes for 148 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions. The Bucs reached the Green Bay 46 with 1:54 remaining before an incompletion, a sack, a 5-yard completion and another incompletion with Daniels under pressure on fourth-and-11. The Bucs had 275 yards, with Bucky Irving rushing for 61 yards on 16 carries. Sean Tucker scored on a 2-yard run. Jordan Love threw an interception with the Packers at the Tampa Bay 26, with safety Jacob Parrish picking the pass intended for Matthew Golden at the Tampa Bay 7. That gave the Bucs hope with 4:46 left, but the Packers defense gave up only 38 yards in 10 plays for the win. The Packers had 283 yards, with Love going 22-of-30 for 197 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. He hit Golden for a 2-yard touchdown and Tucker Kraft for a 2-yard score. Christian Watson made three catches for 47 yards and Kaleb Johnson ran for 42 yards on eight carries. Buccaneers undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels is making his first career start in place of the injured Baker Mayfield. It hasn’t been all bad, but his second interception has given the Packers a halftime lead. Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper picked off a Daniels’ pass intended for Kameron Johnson, and his 18-yard return set up Green Bay at the Tampa Bay 44 with 34 seconds remaining in the half. Packers rookie kicker Trey Smack made a 58-yard field goal on the final play of the half for a 10-7 halftime lead. The Packers took a 7-0 lead on a 16-play, 68-yard drive, with nine of the plays coming from the Tampa Bay 10 or inside the 10. They converted two fourth downs in those nine plays, including a 2-yard touchdown reception by Matthew Golden. The Bucs tied it on a nine-play, 64-yard scoring drive, with Sean Tucker scoring on a 2-yard run with 5:13 left in the half. The Bucs have outgained the Packers 141 to 116 yards, but Daniels’ two turnovers were killers. Safety Evan Williams had the first pick of Daniels. Jordan Love is 10-of-15 for 65 yards and a touchdown, with Tucker Kraft catching three passes for 30 yards. Daniels is 8-of-13 for 74 yards with two interceptions. He also has five rushes for 29 yards. The Packers lost defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt before the half, and he is questionable to return with an ankle injury
