The Eagles will have outside linebackers Jonathan Greenard (ankle) and Jalyx Hunt (knee/ankle) tonight. Both are active. Greenard and Hunt went into today with questionable designations. Greenard missed Week 5 with his injury and had no designation in Week 6 and played 24 of 79 snaps against the Panthers last week. He has been on the injury report every week this season and missed the first two games with a pectoral injury. Hunt missed last week’s game with his injury. Running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) is also dressed as he returns after missing the past two games. The Eagles will start Tanner McKee at quarterback, and former Cowboys quarterback Joe Milton will serve as McKee’s backup. The Eagles’ inactives are outside linebacker Nolan Smith (concussion), wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring), wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks (ankle), quarterback Cole Payton, defensive back Michael Carter II (abdomen) and offensive lineman Jake Majors. Payton will serve as the emergency third quarterback. The Cowboys’ inactives are offensive tackle Drew Shelton (hamstring), wide receiver KaVontae Turpin (ribs), linebacker Dee Winters (calf), running back Emari Demercado and outside linebacker Tyrus Wheat

The Cowboys officially announced the activation of left guard Tyler Smith from injured reserve on Thursday afternoon and they also announced the corresponding move they made to create space for him on the active roster. They have waived running back Emari Demercado. He was claimed off of waivers from the Chiefs ahead of Week 1 and ran five times for 15 yards in two appearances for Dallas. Demercado ran 131 times for 834 yards and three touchdowns in 40 games for the Cardinals over the last three seasons. He also caught 50 passes for 324 yards and a touchdown. The Cowboys also announced that they have elevated defensive backs Reddy Steward and Juanyeh Thomas for Thursday night’s game against the Buccaneers

Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers is active for this afternoon’s game against the Cowboys in Brazil. Flowers was questionable to return this week after a limited practice on Friday. He missed last week’s game with his hamstring injury. Flowers caught five passes for 150 yards and a touchdown in the season opener. The Ravens’ inactives are quarterback Joe Fagnano, wide receiver Elijah Sarratt, left tackle Ronnie Stanley (toe), inside linebacker Carl Jones, defensive lineman Aeneas Peebles and safety K’Von Wallace.
