The Colts got a few players back at practice on Thursday, but they remained without starters on both sides of the ball. Tight end Tyler Warren (groin) and cornerback Sauce Gardner (calf) did not practice for the second straight day. Head coach Shane Steichen said Warren, who did not play last week, is progressing well and Gardner said his injury is not as bad as last year’s calf injury, but their practice absence doesn’t bode well for their availability against the Vikings on Sunday. Wide receiver Keenan Allen (rest), linebacker Bryce Boetticher (groin), guard Matt Goncalves (ankle), tight end Drew Ogletree (ankle), defensive tackle Jerry Tillery (personal), cornerback Justin Whalley (knee), and cornerback Charvarius Ward (rest) all returned to practice. Linebacker CJ Allen (ankle) and wide receiver Ashton Dulin (hamstring) were both limited participants. Wide receiver Anthony Gould (concussion), punter Rigoberto Sanchez (right foot), and defensive tackle Grover Stewart (rest) did not practice
The Colts added quarterback Daniel Jones’s most frequent target to their injury report on Friday. Tight end Tyler Warren was limited in the team’s final practice of Week 6 because of a groin injury. Warren is listed as questionable to play against the Titans on Sunday. Warren has 30 catches for 214 yards and two touchdowns so far this season. He also has a touchdown run. Linebacker Jayden Carlies (ribs) and wide receiver Ashton Dulin (hamstring) did not practice at all this week. Both players have been ruled out for Sunday. Tight end Will Mallory (thumb) joins Warren in the questionable category. Jones (ankle) and wide receiver Josh Downs (hamstring) do not have injury designations
The Indianapolis Colts will face the Pittsburgh Steelers' middling pass defense in Week 5, and WR Laquon Treadwell is set to start and play a large snap share in the game. Colts WR1 Alec Pierce (heel) and depth WR Ashton Dulin (hamstring) will both miss the game with injuries, and WR Keenan Allen (groin) is uncertain to play. Treadwell was targeted six times in Week 4, catching five passes for 42 yards and leading the team in receiving. The matchup with the Steelers is just fine, as they allow just-below-average fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts. Treadwell has bounced around NFL teams since he was drafted in the first round, and probably doesn't have a ton of upside, but in deep leagues he can be a decent volume play. Colts QB Daniel Jones doesn't have many other options to throw it to due to there being so many injuries. Treat Treadwell as a WR4 and deep league flex option for Week 5 in fantasy football
The Colts did not rule out any players for Sunday’s game against the Commanders in London, but they do have a pair of wide receivers listed as questionable. Keenan Allen was listed as a non-participant in Friday’s practice due to a groin injury. Allen was a limited participant in the team’s first two practices of the week. Ashton Dulin missed the last two games with an ankle injury and did not practice on Wednesday, but has been a full participant in the last two practices. If either wideout is ruled out on Sunday or if the Colts want more insurance, they could have Darius Slayton in the lineup for the first time since he signed with the team last month
The NFL is about to turn the page on the first month of the regular season with Week 4 already underway. After the Cleveland Browns pulled off the home upset on Thursday night over the Pittsburgh Steelers , and coming off a Week 3 slate that tied an NFL record for one-score games, this upcoming crop of contests has a lot to live up to. Judging by what we've seen over the previous three weeks as a whole, Week 4 will be locked and loaded with storylines. One of the unfortunate storylines that is a factor every week, however, is injuries. Already this season, the league has endured several high-profile injuries, and the bug continues to bite teams across the NFL with a number of notable names sidelined for Week 4. That includes receiver Justin Jefferson of the Vikings , Rams star defensive lineman Aaron Donald , and Patriots All-Pro corner Christian Gonzalez , who have each been ruled out for this weekend due to injury. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. With teams concluding their week of practice, they've released their final injury reports, which include game statuses for Week 4. Below, you can see a breakdown of each game's designations: who is in, who's out, and who still has their status up in the air. Keenan Allen did not practice on Friday after logging back-to-back limited sessions. If he is unable to go, that would result in an even more concentrated target share for the likes of tight end Tyler Warren and wideout Josh Downs . Meanwhile, Dulin could also factor into that after practicing fully for the second straight day, despite that questionable designation. Despite making the trip to London and practicing on a limited basis throughout the week, the Commanders have ruled out quarterback Jayden Daniels. That means Marcus Mariota will start for the second straight week. Outside of Daniels, the most noteworthy development on the injury report is the addition of Terry McLaurin. He was limited on Friday after suffering a hamstring injury. New England will be without two key starters on defense as they've ruled out star corner Christian Gonzalez and defensive tackle Christian Barmore due to shoulder injuries. Neither was able to practice this week. On a more positive note, starting right tackle Morgan Moses has a chance to play Sunday, as he returned to practice Friday on a limited basis. He's questionable with a foot injury. Buffalo could be without defensive lineman T.J. Sanders due to an illness. After not practicing on Wednesday, he was limited both Thursday and Friday, but is doubtful to play. As for Christian Benford, the corner is questionable despite not practicing at all this week with a toe injury. The Jets will not have standout running back Breece Hall on Sunday due to a quad injury, so Braelon Allen will get the start out of the backfield. The offense will take another hit with Adonai Mitchell out and possibly not have Kenyon Sadiq, as the rookie tight end is questionable with a back injury. Sadiq practiced on a limited basis throughout the week. Caleb Williams will not play this week as he continues to recover from his hamstring injury. That said, Ben Johnson has yet to make it clear who'll start in his place, with Tyson Bagent (who cleared concussion protocol last week) and Case Keenum as the top options. Whoever gets the nod will have D'Andre Swift in the backfield after he returned to practice as a full participant on Friday and carries no designation after missing Thursday's session with a knee injury. Jacksonville is pretty healthy coming into this matchup, with no players ruled out. Regis, Brown and Braswell all practiced on a limited basis throughout the week. B.J. Hill was able to return to practice on a limited basis for Cincinnati on Friday, which gives him a shot to play in Week 4. Meanwhile, Bozeman is trending in the opposite direction despite each sharing questionable designations. He did not participate in practice on Friday after being limited on Thursday. New York is entirely h

Charvarius Ward is questionable for Week 3 with a groin injury, while Ashton Dulin is out with an ankle injury. Other players, including Sauce Gardner, Matt Goncalves, and Laquon Treadwell, have been removed from the injury report and are expected to play
The Colts have ruled out WR Ashton Dulin for Sunday's game against the Chiefs due to an ankle injury. QB Anthony Richardson is expected to be the backup QB after tweaking his groin, and WR Alec Pierce seems on track to play after practicing Friday
